This custom solution enhances the Archer Web UI by introducing a real-time User Status Indicator and a highly responsive, interactive tooltip powered by custom object scripts. Designed to improve visibility and streamline access management, it provides immediate insights into user accounts directly within Archer records.

Key Features:

• Real-Time Status Labels: Displays user status—Active, Inactive, or Locked—next to usernames in all user/group fields, helping teams quickly identify accounts that may require action.

• Interactive Pop-Up Tooltip: Hovering over a username reveals a dynamic tooltip with detailed user information, including last login time, account status, group memberships, roles (admin only), domain, and contact details.

• Live Data via API: Tooltip content is fetched in real time through API calls, ensuring up-to-date user information.

• Highly Responsive & Interactive: Unlike the native Archer tooltip, this solution responds instantly on hover and remains visible when hovered over—allowing users to copy text or interact with embedded links or buttons.

• Smart Auto-Detection: Automatically detects all native Archer user/group fields on the page without requiring manual field ID configuration.

• Configurable Access Control: Admins can restrict tooltip visibility based on user roles, groups, or permissions, all configurable via a centralized config object.

• Flexible & Extendable: Easily customized in appearance, behavior, and data content. The component can be adapted to display Group or Role details instead of user info, supporting broader use cases.
